This website and all related digital content are owned and operated by Brad & Lola LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

• You must be at least 18 years old to access Our Offerings.
• Use of this site is at Your own risk. While We maintain reasonable security and technology, We make no representations about uninterrupted or error-free service.
• These Terms may be updated at any time; the "Last Updated" date reflects the current version.

 

2. OFFERINGS

Brad & Lola provides educational digital content designed to support couples in strengthening their relationship, intimacy, and communication. Our methodology is based on The Connection & Intimacy Code™, which guides couples through three foundational pillars: Honest Communication, Polarity (Attraction), and Nourishing Intimacy.

Our current Offerings include:

• JuiceLetter — free email-based newsletter
• Pull Me Closer — a self-paced couples intimacy program (waitlist; launching Summer 2026)
• The Conscious Breakup — a 12-week guided program for couples navigating separation
• The Experience — a private, high-touch immersive container (application-only; not available for direct purchase on the website)

Additional products and offerings may be added or changed over time.

 

3. TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

By purchasing or subscribing to any Offering, You agree to abide by these Terms and any disclaimers or policies referenced herein. If You do not agree, contact Us at [email protected] to request removal from Our systems.

 

4. OFFERING-SPECIFIC TERMS

4.1 JuiceLetter (Free Subscription)

JuiceLetter is a free email-based newsletter delivered periodically to subscribers.

• Subscription is free and available to anyone who opts in through our website or other channels.
• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
• Unsubscribing stops all future deliveries immediately.
• Brad & Lola reserves the right to change the cadence, format, or content of the JuiceLetter at any time.

 

4.1.1 Access to Supplemental Content

• Some JuiceLetter emails may include access to supplemental video content via third-party platforms (e.g., unlisted YouTube links).
• Access to such content is available for a limited period from the date it is sent and may expire thereafter.
• Unsubscribing does not extend access windows or reinstate expired content.

 

4.2 Pull Me Closer

Pull Me Closer is a self-paced couples intimacy program designed to re-ignite attraction, deepen connection, and create a truly nourishing intimacy. Content is delivered in multiple formats (video, audio, and PDF) for flexible use, and includes a premium physical workbook.

Pull Me Closer is currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist, You secure the pre-launch pricing as communicated on the product page. No charge is applied at waitlist sign-up.

Upon launch and at the time of purchase:

• Access to program content is granted upon successful payment.
• Lifetime access to materials is provided as described at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final. No refunds are provided by default (see Refund Section).
• Downloading, recording, or redistributing any program content is strictly prohibited.

Note: If You purchase Pull Me Closer and within the first three months determine that separation is the right path, You may transition into The Conscious Breakup at no additional cost. Lifetime access to Pull Me Closer remains intact. This option is communicated at the time of purchase and is subject to availability.

 

4.3 The Conscious Breakup

The Conscious Breakup is a 12-week guided program for couples who have decided to end their relationship and wish to do so with grace, clarity, and mutual respect. It includes:

• 4 private guided calls to navigate the separation process
• Curated add-on materials individually selected for your situation
• Email support between sessions

Pricing is a one-time payment as listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

• Access to program content and calls is granted upon successful payment.
• All sales are final. No refunds are provided by default (see Refund Section).
• Downloading, recording, or redistributing any program content or session recordings is strictly prohibited.

 

4.4 The Experience (Application-Only)

The Experience is a private, high-touch immersive container for couples. It is not available for direct purchase on the website.

• Interested couples must submit an application through the designated form on the website.
• Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Brad & Lola LLC.
• All terms specific to The Experience, including pricing, logistics, inclusions, and payment schedule, are communicated privately upon acceptance.
• Submission of an application does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• Pricing for all paid Offerings is listed at checkout or communicated privately prior to purchase.
• By purchasing, You authorize Us to charge Your payment method for the total amount shown.
• You agree to maintain current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• We reserve the right to update pricing for new purchases at any time.

 

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

JuiceLetter is free and can be unsubscribed at any time with no financial implications.

For paid programs (Pull Me Closer, The Conscious Breakup):

• Purchases are final and non-cancellable once payment has been processed.
• If You choose not to use the content, no partial refunds or credit will be offered.

 

7. REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any paid Offering by default.

However, We understand that personal situations may occur. In exceptional circumstances, You may email Us at [email protected] with an explanation of Your situation. We will review the request and determine, at Our sole discretion, whether any accommodation is appropriate.

This discretionary action:

• Is not guaranteed
• Does not establish precedent
• Does not obligate Us to provide future refunds under similar circumstances

Chargebacks without first contacting Us violate these Terms and may result in account termination.

 

8. ACCESS TO MATERIALS AND CONTENT POLICY

Because Our paid Offerings are digital in nature:

• Access to content begins upon successful payment and is subject to the terms specific to each program.
• Missing access windows or failing to consume content does not qualify for refunds or credit.
• Downloading, recording, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All text, videos, audio, graphics, exercises, worksheets, workbooks, emails, branding, and frameworks (including The Connection & Intimacy Code™) are copyrighted intellectual property of Brad & Lola LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share Our content
• Upload or post materials elsewhere
• Resell or repurpose any Offering
• Teach or claim ownership of any part of Our methodology
• Record or distribute any live session, call, or program content

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

 

10. USER CONTRIBUTIONS & MODEL RELEASE

Any comments, shared stories, feedback, or materials submitted by You (including via email or live sessions) may be used by Us in whole or in part for business purposes unless You explicitly request otherwise.

By participating, You grant Us a non-revocable commercial license to use Your submitted content unless stated otherwise.

 

11. EDUCATION & COACHING DISCLAIMER

Brad & Lola are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, or certified practitioners.

All content provided is based on:

• Personal experience
• Observations from our own and clients' relationships
• The Connection & Intimacy Code™ methodology
• General educational principles

 

We do not provide medical, psychological, mental health, or licensed professional relationship counseling.

You agree that:

• Our Offerings are for educational and transformational purposes only.
• If You need professional advice, You must consult a licensed or certified practitioner.
• We make no guarantees regarding results, improvements, or outcomes.
• Your participation is voluntary and You accept full responsibility for Your decisions and actions.

 

12. TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER

We use third-party platforms for payment processing and content delivery. We are not responsible for:

• Payment processor errors
• Internet issues
• Email delivery failures
• Platform outages beyond our control

You agree to hold Us harmless for any technological failures.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree to release Us from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Use or misuse of Our Offerings
• Personal decisions made based on our educational content
• Missed content or expired access windows
• Inability to attend live sessions
• Technical issues

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount You paid for the Offering.

 

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brad & Lola LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Your participation or Your violation of these Terms.

 

15. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may revoke Your access to any Offering — without refund — if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in inappropriate behavior during live sessions or any program interaction
• You attempt to share or distribute our content
• You initiate a chargeback without contacting Us first

We reserve the right to block Your access or remove You from all future communications.

 

16. FINANCIAL DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Before filing a chargeback, You must email Us to attempt resolution. If You initiate a chargeback:

• You forfeit all access to content
• We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase and Terms agreement to Your bank
• We may pursue collections or legal remedies as needed

 

17. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to publicly defame, slander, or harm Brad & Lola LLC. If You have concerns, You must email Us privately to resolve them.

 

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, You agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation before filing legal action. All disputes shall be governed by Florida law.

 

19. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid, all remaining portions remain fully enforceable.

 

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between You and Brad & Lola LLC.
